Staging Kits(*4): All packs include an hour of set up time.
1. STARTER PACK includes: Standard vase, fresh simple flowers, a selection of fresh pastries presented on a plate. Tea/Coffee set up, 1-2 house plants, where possible this will be moved around the empty property to break up empty spaces where appropriate.
2: INTERMEDIATE PACK includes: A large vase of fresh vibrant/exotic flowers, fresh selection of pastries presented on a plate. Tea/Coffee set up, 3-4 pot plants, to be used around the property as needed, cushions for sofa and 1 set of plain white linen Single or Double (2 pillow cases duvet and fitted sheet), which will be restaged in each bedroom.
3: ADVANCED PACK includes: A vase of fresh “vibrant selection of flowers”, fresh selection of pastries displayed on a plate. Optional extra breakfast products (eg: bread, jam, butter, fruit, etc) Tea/Coffee set up, 3-4 pot plants, to be used around the property as needed, cushions for sofa and 2-3 sets of different bed linen Single or Double (2 pillow cases duvet and fitted sheet), used accordingly for the bedrooms.

When you work with us, you will work with 1 main photographer with a second for periods where your main photographer may not be available.
We don’t claim to offer game changing technology….what we do promise is that we take pride in what we do and doing it well!
Local area photography is a great additional service allowing those people not from the area to get a taste of what the local area has to offer, with prices starting from £100 for 5 photos, we will aim to capture all local places of interest within 5 miles of the property postcode. We are able to travel further afield for larger selections if required, this will be at an extra cost. Get in touch today to find out more.
*1 MATTERPORT 3D/360TOURS: includes 6 Months hosting – hosting packages available on an annual basis or we can help you self host after 6 Months
*2 ELEVATED/POLE PHOTOGRAPHY: If there are high winds/poor weather and an abundance of overhead cables at the site, we reserve the right to postpone/cancel/withdraw this service at during the site visit. We aim to deliver 3-4 images (Left, Centre and Right from front and Centre from the rear views). Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
*2 DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY: We are bound to CAA regulations and Aviation law and as such we reserve the right to cancel/postpone any Aerial photography appointment based on Location, Weather and Safety concerns and may decide Elevated Pole photography maybe more suitable for the location. We aim to deliver 6 images (Left, Centre and Right from front and Left, Centre and Right from rear views). Get in touch to discuss your requirements.

*4 Staging Kits: Kits will be supplied for the purpose of photography only no staging equipment will be left behind after the photo shoot, price for staging kits are for hire cost and not purchase costs. NO furniture will be supplied unless costs associated are agreed and paid for upfront.
